Enterprise human resource management & ERP solution handling employee profiles, attendance, leave management, payroll processing, statutory compliance, and workforce operations.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect and process data strictly required for the operational and administrative functions of our platforms:

A. Information Provided via ProEduERP

User Identifiers & Profile Details: Full name, student roll number, employee/teacher ID, institutional email address, phone number, and class/division assignment.
Academic & Attendance Records: Daily attendance logs, homework and assignment details, examination marks, grading records, and report cards.
User Uploads & Submissions: Documents, images, or PDFs uploaded for homework, assignments, projects, or study material submission.

B. Information Provided via GDHRMS

Employee Identity & Profile: Name, official designation, employee ID, corporate email, phone number, and reporting hierarchy.
Workforce & HR Records: Shift schedules, punch-in/out attendance logs, leave balances and requests, and task assignments.
Payroll & Statutory Data: Salary details, tax allowances, reimbursement claims, and compliance documentation managed by employer administrators.

C. Device & Technical Information

Device & App Logs: Device model, operating system version, app version, IP address, and crash logs collected strictly for debugging, performance optimization, and secure session management.
Device Permissions (Requested Explicitly):
- Camera / Photo Library: To capture or upload profile pictures, homework attachments, leave supporting documents, or receipts.
- Push Notifications: To receive vital administrative alerts, homework reminders, attendance notices, or payroll approval notifications.
- Storage / Files: To download report cards, payslips, or educational study materials.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process personal data solely to fulfill institutional and business services, including:

Authenticating authorized users and maintaining secure role-based access control.
Enabling academic management (attendance tracking, homework workflows, grade management).
Facilitating HR operations (leave workflows, workforce attendance, organizational notices).
Delivering important transactional and operational push notifications.

            No Third-Party Advertising: We do not sell, rent, monetize, or share your or your students'/employees' personal data with third parties for targeted advertising or marketing.
        

4. Data Ownership and Enterprise Control

For both ProEduERP and GDHRMS, your respective school, college, educational institution, or employer acts as the primary Data Controller. JNP Infotech Pvt Ltd acts as a Data Processor / Service Provider hosting and maintaining the infrastructure in accordance with the enterprise service agreement.

5. Data Security & Storage

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to safeguard data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or misuse:

All network communications between the mobile apps, web browsers, and backend servers are encrypted using modern Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS).
Access to backend databases and server environments is restricted to authorized technical staff under strict role-based access protocols.

6. Data Retention and Account Deletion

We retain information for as long as your institution or employer maintains an active subscription with our platform, or as required by statutory, academic, and legal retention mandates.

Account & Data Deletion Requests: Users who wish to delete their account or remove their personal data may contact their institution's ERP/HR administrator or submit a direct request to our support desk at support@jnpinfotech.com. Institutional data will be handled in coordination with the authorized organizational administrator.

7. Children’s Privacy (ProEduERP)

ProEduERP is deployed within educational institutions. When student accounts are provisioned, data is created and managed under the direct authority and supervision of the participating educational institution and/or lawful guardians. We do not use student data for any purpose other than providing educational and administrative services.
